All Black Groom – Christine and Nick’s relationship began as a scene from a romantic comedy. The couple met in fashion class at school, where they are both pursuing careers in the fashion industry. These two creatively inspired lovebirds were able to incorporate their love of fashion not only into their budding relationship, but ultimately into their wedding day as well.
We “did it!” By putting both of our creative talents to work, we were able to spend a lot of quality time making exhibitions/installations, tiled pillars and leather pieces.

Their ceremony was held at the Grand Gimeno in Old Town Orange, California. It includes handmade items made by the couple that make the wedding feel like “them”. They trusted Events by Cea to take care of every perfect detail to make their wonderful event happen. Sydney Noel Photography captures every beautiful and emotional image that will last a lifetime.
Suit Mistakes To Avoid When Choosing The Grooms Suit — The Wright House
A classic, timeless aesthetic inspired Christine and Nick’s wedding. After Covid ended their original plans for a sophisticated and colorful affair, the couple decided to go back to basics with a modern twist.
Christine’s choice of Madi Lane dress was amazing – but that didn’t mean it was easy! After trying on 71 wedding dresses, Christine finally found the one that was meant for her.
At first I thought I wanted a very detailed dress and I tried many such styles but they all just didn’t feel “me”. If it’s not over the top, I want to be the polar opposite, I want something simple and classic that makes me feel beautiful… I tried on my perfect dress and knew my opinionated fiance would love it too! I felt like an angel and that was it!
If you thought we were done with the cute details of the dress – you are wrong! A special touch is added in the form of an embroidered veil. At the End of the Train are lyrics to Nick and Christine’s song “Overwhelmed” by Tim McMorris.

Christine’s bridal party dressed to the nines in their sage green gowns. A great choice for their organic, earthy theme.
Men kept things classic with black jackets and white dress shirts. Nick wore a sleek, all-black ensemble.
We both said our first look was very memorable. I think it’s a lot of bottled up emotions (almost 2 years worth) that we can finally release at this point. After procrastinating for so long, it finally seemed like everything had happened.
As we teased earlier, many elements of this wedding were lovingly handcrafted by the happy couple. You are looking at exactly one of those! Christine found this wonderful piece of marble and gave it a nice rough finish. What a wonderful DIY wedding piece!

Everything about this arch is to die for! Fleur.ish created an organic and earthy celebration arch that perfectly captured the couple’s theme. The ratio of greenery to flowers suggests a traditional wedding decor, but with a modern and high touch!
A special ‘something blue’ was added throughout as the couple said ‘I do’! The blue framing of the venue windows is a symbol of good wishes for the bride and groom of the venue.
Nick has officially worn the gold wedding band from Nuggets & Carrots for life! Christine’s pear engagement ring is paired with a curved wedding ring by Anna Sheffield.
Ask for help when you need it. Keep an open mind when it comes to your outfit choices. Give your sellers some creative freedom. Don’t sweat the small stuff!
These Two Lovebirds Jump The Broom In Ultimate Classic Style
Besides working in the catering industry with Christine Jay Catering, she and Nick consider themselves cocktail aficionados. A star bar is crucial to having their big day!
Their custom cocktails are The Botanical (a nod to where Kristin and Nick got married during their 2020 micro wedding) and The Saddleback (the school they attended designed clothing).
Following the organic, free-flowing theme are these stunning gold mirror place graphics. The cutouts are designed to reflect water ponds.
Friend’s Table is a site to watch! Not only is it visually stunning, but it’s another example of Christine and Nick pouring their love into their wedding. The couple hand-crafted two sandstone pillars that frame their chairs and adorn the backdrop with an additional floral arch.

Hints of “something blue” continued into the reception as light blue flowers were delicately placed on each table.
Guests were left with handmade leather traps as wedding favors. The couple’s hard DIY work contributed to the woodwork behind the signs and shelf.
The reception was filled with killer music sound! Oldies, hip-hop and pop-punk looked stylish at Nick and Christine’s wedding.
