Returns can only be made on boxes that are ready for shipping. Refunds are available for undamaged/unused items returned within 14 days of receipt. Buyer must pay for return postage. I primarily ship USPS Priority Mail. Domestic priority is always used for shipping in zones 1 to 5. Shipping outside Zones 1 to 5 can be upgraded to Priority for an additional fee. Otherwise, the shipment will be sent by Standard Mail. Shipping can be upgraded to Priority Express if desired, but there will be an additional charge, so please contact me to set up a stock list. I will ship your order to the address provided on your order confirmation or on paypal.com. Please double check that your address is correct. I am not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address input during checkout. If the package is lost due to an address error and cannot be found through USPS, I will reorder your order.
