Your custom dress will be created using the measurements you provide to Dreamers & Lovers. We are not responsible for any incorrect measurements you provide. We recommend measuring by a professional. Dreams & Lovers can help you with virtual dates if you are not sure about size.
Some custom clothes will always require minor alterations. The changes are typical and usually easy to treat. We are fully invested in you wearing your clothes and feeling confident and amazing. We are happy to help you with changes. There are occasions when it is easier to change your clothes locally. Contact us, and we will guide you to determine what is best for you. If you decide to return it to Dreamers & Lovers for alterations, you must do so within seven (7) days of receiving your garment in the mail. If you have us make the alterations, you will send the garment to our Torrance design studio. Before returning the garment, please contact Dreamers & Lovers for approval.
