Ivory Wedding Reception – Looking at Nancy and Osazee’s glamorous ivory and emerald wedding, the first word that comes to mind is WOW! This wedding is absolutely dazzling and all glam. Doctors and Texas natives both met while living in Chicago. The couple is grateful for their careers and their Texas roots that brought them both together. Osazee proposed to Nancy in Boston with thirty of their closest family and friends. Nancy was under the impression that she was going to a surprise birthday party for her friend. However, Osazee took her completely by surprise and fell to his knees. Between tears of joy, Nancy could muster a YES.
The couple’s glamorous wedding is nothing short of stunning. Randi Yarrell and Rae Lawson Events helped Nancy and Osazee make this elegant dream wedding come true. Nancy and Osazee wanted to make sure no guests missed out on what they were doing, so they hosted the ceremony and reception at their host hotel. Great idea to make things easier for out of town guests! The ceremony began with the melodious noise of a violin cascading through the room. Osazee began to get emotional when he saw his beautiful bride meet him at the altar. Osazee’s favorite memory of the entire day was seeing Nancy walk down the aisle. After Nancy and Osazee said “I do” and sealed their love with a kiss, they entered the glamorous reception room. Tall ivory floral arrangements adorned each table, accompanied by candlelight. The couple’s DJ ushered everyone into the glamorous space while guests enjoyed dinner and watched the couple’s first dance. Nancy and Osazee honored their Nigerian heritage on the dance floor, which is our favorite wedding detail. The couple and their wedding party changed into traditional Nigerian attire and danced to traditional Nigerian music. As the couple danced, the guests took turns showering the couple with money (this is a tradition seen at all Nigerian parties). Finally, the night ended with a tunnel of sparks, and Nancy and Osazee left as the new Dr. and Dr. Mrs. Egua! Artfully planned by Nicole Squared Events, the ivory and gold Bella Collina wedding began with flawless, sunny weather and warm smiles, with MAT Fotografia there every step of the way to capture every precious moment and detail.
Danielle made a truly stunning bride as she walked down the aisle. Her strapless mermaid gown was draped to match the beaming smile, while her dark hair cascaded in romantic waves down to her waist. No wonder Alex looked at her positively as he waited for her at the altar!
Our Gold Chiavari chairs added a touch of glamor to the outdoor ceremony and beautifully complemented the cream colored candles and red rose petals on the passion.
The ceremony was beautiful but short and soon it was time to celebrate! The newlyweds and their guests went inside to the reception. Soft golden lighting gave the room a romantic, almost fairytale atmosphere. Our Gold Chiavari Chairs and Gold Rim Glass Chargers seemed to sparkle and shine in the light, while the creamy white floral centerpieces and shiny linens that adorned the tables completed the look of an elegant, regal finish.

The evening flew by and as the day drew to a close, it was time to say goodbye to our newlyweds as they embarked on the next chapter of their journey together. Congratulations again, Danielle and Alex! Your Bella Collina ivory and gold wedding was amazing and we are so glad we were a part of it!
