Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to approve the return. Items eligible for return must be returned within 14 days of their return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Although you may not return custom-made items, customized or personalized items or any items made especially for you to your specifications. All returned items must be unused and with the original seal/protective film etc. intact in the original or adequate packaging.

I don’t even have the words to cover what this store and project is doing. Surprised. I got married on 10/22 and as usual I was behind on the wedding and working with them to make and order around the end of August. I had a custom change with my bouquet and my husband’s boutonniere. I started focusing on making sure he got here on time. They were calm and reassured me. I received a tracking number as soon as they were shipped. They got here earlier than expected and they were so beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day. The pictures seriously don’t do it justice if you guessed it. Don’t regret that you won’t. We have a diamond drop but that is an easy fix and is expected to ship. And the packaging work for the fans is perfect with nothing broken.
