Ways To Serve French Macarons At Your Wedding
We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items, which are party supplies, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We only accept returns on items that are 1) unused, 2) unwashed, and 3) in the original bag with the original tags attached and intact within 3 days of receiving the item.
If you return an item that does not meet ALL THREE CRITERIA, the return will be refused. Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.
You must open the box, inspect the item and send a message including photos of the box and damaged item within 24 hours of receiving the package. Failure to do so will result in the item not being eligible for a refund.
Wedding Favors: Custom Cookies Or Macarons By Cafe Pierrot
You must send the item back to us within 3 calendar days of our acceptance of the return. Buyer is responsible for paying for return label. If you’re returning the item because you’ve changed your mind, can’t assemble it, or didn’t know all the product information in the listing and pictures, you’ll be charged a 25% return fee at the time of return. In the case of a damaged item, we can replace parts or the entire item. If upon inspection we determine that the item is eligible for a return, the price of the item will be refunded, BUT shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded.

It is a bit difficult to assemble and some have broken or won’t close completely. But they were the perfect size and looked great for our wedding.

The tower is light and quite flexible but strong. Easy to assemble. I used 2 small strips of double sided tape and it didn’t slide off the stand. The clear plastic is not very noticeable and all you see is the macaroni. It worked great!
I was hired to create a macaron tower for a wedding reception. The bride chose this tower and we were excited to receive it. I have to say we were disappointed with the quality for the cost. I paid over $50 with shipping for a clear plastic tower. I used food grade spray paint and glitter to liven it up. The tower also doesn’t fit very well and the plastic has warped to a degree. It can only be reused if you use kid gloves. Fast shipping was a plus.
