I sent an email in advance and showed pictures of a very expensive designer dress with lace that I had brought. I met with Loan who talked me through all the details to make sure my dress turned out exactly how I wanted it.
I was only in Vietnam for 5 days and Loan found the shape of my clothes to fit my body. He was pleasant and fun to work with. I asked for lace to be sewn into my bodice, pearls to be sewn into my hips and the entire bottom of my dress so that my dress would last longer. The loan helped me to send photos on WhatsApp and stay updated with amazing developments.
