About Thyme Farm Thyme Farm is set on a large plot of land nestled among the tall trees and cornfields of Bailey’s Harbour. The venue offers ample space for outdoor ceremonies and cocktail hour with garden games and the barn structure is perfect for dinner and dancing!
One of Door County’s newest venues, Northern Haus, was built in 2018. The elegant white barn offers a clean, contemporary style with massive iron chandeliers, wooden beams and black trimmed windows. After getting ready in the bridal suite, enjoy an hour of cocktails outdoors before walking to the wedding hall in the forest and heading to the reception.

The design and look of the event space has been a bit simpler, so get creative when viewing. You can customize it to your liking, but it will take a bit more work to assemble. It has space for 400 guests, but it’s not just a wedding celebration, it’s a place to host a grand party for family and friends from far and wide!
The Yacht Club is a great spot for a wedding right on the water. Thanks to the unique peninsula that extends into the lake, your ceremony will feel as if you are floating on water! With the capacity to seat 170 people for an al fresco dinner on the water, it represents a truly unique experience for wedding parties.

The downside of the yacht club is that the interior is very disappointing. If the weather interrupts your event, the old boathouse feel may feel inappropriate for your big day. The Bay Shore Inn has arguably the best views of all the places on our list. The open space for ceremonies is directly on the lake and can enchant guests with its serene beauty. The downside of this place is the limited capacity. The Bay Shore Inn is small and can comfortably accommodate only 60 guests.

The second floor features a great hall with floor-to-ceiling windows and a stunning almost 360-degree view from the outside terrace. The venue can comfortably accommodate 120 people (up to 200 people) but can be quite a large gathering space for family and friends.
