Please make all customization requests in the Notes to Seller at checkout. If you have an image to send us, please send us a message with the image attachment.
Unfortunately, sometimes, though not often, items break in the mail. If this happens, we will gladly remake and resend your item as long as we have photos of the damage and the original order box so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please send us all the information via message!
Our processing times vary across our listings. Visit each item to see the process. If you need a snowboard rush, add our rush list to your order. If you need a different item urgently, please contact us before placing the order to see if we can postpone it.
Wedding S’mores Bar
We do not accept returns, but do offer exchanges on non-engraved or non-personalized items. If you require an exchange, the initial shipping cost is non-refundable and you must ship the item back to us at your expense. Your item must be returned in its original packaging and must be unused (food or alcoholic beverages are not eligible for exchange). Buyer must initiate exchange within 3 days of delivery and return to us within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange as long as it is in shipped condition.
As each order is made to order and customized with color or individual engraving, we do not accept cancellations on orders prior to 24 hours.
Unfortunately, it does not allow a store to change the address on the computer. If you notice an incorrect ship to address within the first 4 hours of purchase, we will cancel your order and you can reorder after that. After that 4 hour window, if you find that your ship to address is incorrect, you must reorder your item before canceling the initial order and starting your new order with our processing time.
If you are ordering from us, please be sure to enter an address that is considered deliverable by USPS. If your item is returned to us due to an undeliverable/insufficient address, the buyer must purchase an additional label to ship back to us. Note that labels are automatically printed based on the buyer’s address input. We do not issue returns or refunds for items that are returned to us, so it is important that you enter the correct address. If you are not sure, contact USPS before ordering.

The product looks rushed and not fully prepared. There are gaps between the boards…exposed screw ends…sharp wood rips near the handles..broken pieces…letters are nice but much smaller than the pictures…I’m not happy with this one. came out. Compared to what cost me $160! And for 2 months late urgent delivery … I understand the situation but I paid a lot for this.
We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the piece we created for these customers. The item we produced was not described by this customer, so we can only say that the product arrived in damaged condition, which explains the gaps and split wood. The screws are used to make this item and the heads are clearly shown in our photos so we don’t know what the problem is. For shipment, we produce the item within the time agreed with the customer, delivery is limited to 7 days as shown on the tracking. This customer did not contact us prior to the review, but since customer satisfaction is our main goal, we have informed them of their concerns so we can move forward with a solution. Unfortunately, the client did not provide us with any images to verify any of this.
