What’s The Deal With At&t And Samsung?
All homes that qualify and sign up for AT&T Internet for ACP are also eligible for our AT&T Access plan, including the latest speed category. Eligible families who take advantage of up to $30 per month for ACPs (or up to $75 per month for those living in eligible tribal areas) can get Internet service without a monthly fee.
First, verify your eligibility for ACP benefits and obtain approval from the federal government’s national verifier at acpbenefit.org. Then call us at (855) 2205211. We’ll verify your ACP approval and set you up with a plan with ACP benefits.
You can choose to use your ACP benefit on our AT&T plan access, or you can use it on many of our existing AT&T Internet plans. Find out what AT&T Internet plans are available in your area.
Just ask! You can use the ACP benefit on many of our existing AT&T Internet plans. That means qualified customers can save up to $30 per month (up to $75 per month in eligible national locations) on many of the programs we offer. This includes our fastest plans on AT&T Fiber with speeds up to 5 gigs in over 70 metro areas.

Customers can also choose to use the ACP benefit on their AT&T PREPAID or Cricket Wireless plan. Dosing is limited to one per family.
Nothing yet. Your current benefit will remain the same until March 1st. Universal Services Administrative Co. may contact you to claim ACP benefits from March 1. (USAC) to verify your eligibility. If you are eligible under the EBB COVID Temporary Loss of Income process, the national verifier will be required to reconfirm your eligibility against other criteria before March 1.
The main thing to remember is that on March 1st, the monthly subsidy will be reduced from a whopping $50 in the EBB program to as low as $30 in the ACP (no change to the Tribal benefit).
Ebony Ford of Atlanta says AT&T’s Access provided critical support when she needed it most: “I had no car, no job, no money, no internet. I Got Access to AT&T. It was hard for me to apply for benefits, to look for child care programs, to look for a job, to go to training. It was literally my foundation to get back on my feet. It all started with Access from AT&T.” Watch this video to see more evidence of Ebony.

Cheryl Choy, SVP-Broadband Management & Strategy: “Making home Internet available to low-income households is an important step in closing the digital divide. AT&T’s new access plan offers fast speeds, unlimited data, and works with the organization’s ACP benefit . Free internet service can be the difference between doing homework, applying for a job or getting healthcare.”
AT&T has made a 3-year, $2 billion commitment to address the digital divide through our affordable broadband offerings, participation in ACP countries, and charitable contributions through the AT&T Connected Learning Program.
1 Access plans of 10 Mbps and below have data limits. Customers exceeding these quotas may be charged a $10 fee. Until April 30, 2022, AT&T is waiving data overage fees for AT&T Access customers.

The Untold Truth Of The At&t Commercial Girl
We often cover new and unreleased phones on this site, but not everyone is concerned about having the latest hardware. Even old smartphones can now make calls and send messages. For some people, that’s enough. Unfortunately, time comes to us all, just like our phones. On February 22, 2022, AT&T will end its 3G network permanently, meaning that a few phones will no longer be able to use the service.
For most of you, this change won’t affect your life, but if you haven’t upgraded your phone in six or seven years, you might want to read on.

As we discussed last May, voice and data services will stop working on phones, tablets and smartwatches that don’t support 4G LTE and HD Voice starting this week. The carrier also shared an extensive list of all the phones that will continue to work on its network after February 22, including Apple iPhone 6 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and newer, and Google Pixel 2 and newer.
At&t And Time Warner Get The Green Light: What You Need To Know
If you’re signed up for AT&T and can’t find your phone on this list, we have good news and bad news. The bad news is that you won’t be able to call, text or browse the internet for a week. The good news is that you may be eligible for a free new phone from your carrier. Go to acceptfreephone.att.com in your browser, enter your phone number, and you’ll be on your way to a free cell phone that will work on AT&T’s 4G LTE network.
“We’re improving our wireless network to bring you better quality and faster speeds,” AT&T explains on the website where it’s offering free phones. “In February 2022, your cell phone will no longer work. That’s why we offer you a free mobile phone – so you can continue to enjoy your services on our fast network. And the phone itself is free!”
As always, there is a catch. The phone you get isn’t a modern flagship with lots of bells and whistles, but the 2019 AT&T Radiant Core. This phone has a 480p display, 16GB of internal storage, 1GB of storage, a 2500mAh battery, a 5-megapixel rear camera, and a 2-megapixel selfie camera. It runs Android P (Go Edition) and currently retails for less than $100.
Granted, a free phone that actually works on the AT&T network is better than no phone at all, but there are plenty of options in the list of compatible phones above that cost significantly less than the new iPhone 12 or Galaxy S21. At least look at the list and see which phones stand out before you decide if you want to take advantage of AT&T’s not-so-exciting free phone offer.
