Our current processing time is approximately 7 working days (Monday to Friday) before your package is taken to the post office and dispatched to you. Sometimes it ships faster, depending on how many orders we have and the size of your order.
If you are not sure that your package will arrive on time, it is best to let us know when you need it. We will then let you know if the standard shipping included will get your package on time!

Orders shipped to Canada 🇨🇦 will only have a tracking number if you have updated your shipment or if your order includes christening shoes and/or chains. These items are more numerous and the chain is heavier, so there is already an update to the shipping list. All other packages are sent via standard delivery and are not tracked.
99% of packages shipped arrive within the time frame listed in my store (ie 2-9 business days in Canada and 4-7 business days in the US). As we are at the mercy of shippers to deliver your order on our behalf, there is always a small risk of item being delayed or lost. Shipments to the US may be delayed at customs.
