And I Just Realized I Forgot The Baking Powder – This is my first cake post, but I’ve been lurking since February 2020. I’ve recently been interested in “out of the box” cakes from the posts of Benito, WoodenSpoon, isand66, dabrownman and others. It’s easy for me to let go of the technical/mechanical side of baking, it’s still a culinary career. My first attempt at “baking” was a chocolate, cherry dish. I make toast for breakfast almost every morning, so I want something that I can easily incorporate into my diet without having to buy junk or cook food. I made FullProofBaking’s Purple Perfect Bread a few weeks ago and decided to use it as the backbone for this recipe.

After I got everything assembled (which was close to impossible), I put it in a large bowl/oil pan and put it in the fridge to ferment for about 16 hours. night.
