Blush Pink And Gold Wedding

Blush Pink And Gold Wedding – When it comes to classic soirees, it doesn’t get much better than Jackie and Ryan’s blush-and-gold wedding at Bella Sera. The two turned to Purple Wagon Designs to convey the details to their guests through an invitation suite full of elegance and a sparkly touch – a true indication of what the day would be like! True to tradition, the two chose to face each other for the first time that day in the church, which is also the same place where they met years ago. Talk about a full circle moment! From that moment on it was time to celebrate. Their Italian roots led them to choose the Tuscan-inspired villa for their wedding reception, where they infused nods to the Italian region with signed wine corks instead of a guest book, mini bottles of sparkling wine, a cigar bar, and, of course, a cookie table! Candles lined the venue’s iconic staircase, lighting the way as guests entered the romance-filled room, where branches intertwined atop lavish centerpieces from Memories in Bloom. We have no doubt that Bethel Bakery’s stunning cake design has caught the attention (and taste buds!) of many! If you’re a fan of timeless details, sentimental father-daughter-first looks, and love itself, prepare to say, “That’s amore!” as you scroll through these images from the Dorosh documentaries!

Our love story goes back to high school, when we met as altar boys at the church we went to. Of course, we had no idea then how much that church would mean to us. Not only was it where we met, it was also where we would get engaged eight years later AND where we would officially become husband and wife.

When planning our wedding, we knew we wanted something classic and romantic. Since we both have Italian roots, we immediately fell in love with the Tuscan-inspired Bella Sera. The grand staircase and stone fireplace set the mood for our romantic day.

Our day was colored with shades of pink, gold and candlelight. We incorporate our colors into my wedding dress, flowers, bridesmaid dresses, cake and room furnishings. Floating candles graced the staircase, gold votives were placed in each room, and champagne lighting created the romantic atmosphere we wanted. In keeping with the Tuscan theme, guests were invited to sign a wine cork and drop it into a custom shadow box instead of a traditional guest book. A wandering violinist added soft background music to the cocktail. Outside the grounds, the landscaped garden and fountain provided the perfect backdrop for photos. Mini sparkling wine bottle favors were provided at each venue for guests to enjoy and a cigar bar was available outside. Of course, an Italian themed wedding is not complete without the Pittsburgh Cookie Table. We had over 2500 cookies for everyone to enjoy! When the night was over, we were greeted with a beaming farewell. The day was everything we dreamed of and more!

While none of us have been to the Pitt, we are hardcore Pitt fans and would definitely play “Sweet Caroline” at the reception!

The feminine shade is often used in linens and florals, and is also a very popular choice for bridesmaid dresses. Gold is another color often used as an accent, as incorporating it into the decor adds a regal, sophisticated element to the day. However, when you combine pink and gold, the end result is absolutely gorgeous.

Gold usually works best when paired with soft pink, but it can just as well complement a vibrant shade of hot pink. Decorate the golden steps with pretty blush flowers, leave the gilded elements to the china and rimmed glasses on the table, or add glittering gold flecks to desserts. The shade is fit for royalty, especially when used for elegant calligraphy on invitations, place cards, or other paper products such as table numbers.
