Cubic Zirconia (CZ) is a cost-effective alternative to diamond. Many jewelers like myself use this brilliant stone to offer you a more affordable option. Created in a lab, this stone is cut in the same shapes and styles and mimics diamonds almost exactly. In fact, in gemology, according to the Diamond Grading Manual, CZ is classified as a diamond simulant.
