Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. (The initials, names, sizes and colors selected are all customizations that make your order special for you!) We do not have stock. All orders are custom cut after they are placed. The decals have a “shelf life”, so to speak, and they can become very difficult / impossible to peel off as they age, so we cannot keep the actions indefinitely, because they cannot be used over time and must be discarded.
We cannot accept cancellation requests once production of an order has begun. If we have not started making the item, we are happy to cancel/refund if you ask.

If you want to apply your decal to the wood, it must be finished first with a stain and a clear coat of poly or paint. Allow sufficient drying time (2-4 weeks) before applying the decal. This is very important!
We cannot guarantee that vinyl will adhere to all substrates. We offer free trial decals before ordering if you are interested.
You need to measure your intended space before ordering. You can do this easily with a tape measure or tape. The dimensions of our decals are listed in height and width. Height is calculated from top to bottom, and width from left to right. The decal should be slightly smaller, both in height and width, than the surface you want to apply it to.

Yes, the interior vinyl is removable. We use the highest quality interior vinyl on the market, and it peels easily by simply peeling it very slowly. The heat of the hair dryer for a short time first softens the vinyl for easier removal.
No, the cut vinyl decals are not reusable. They cannot be reused, or moved/repositioned. They are one time use only.

We offer a one-day production/priority mail update. Upgrading to this option at checkout will move the production/creation of your order to one day instead of our usual window and will upgrade you from standard first class to priority mail shipping. Priority delivery *usually* takes 2-4 business days, although this is not a guarantee. (All dates are estimates and not guarantees.)

Yes, we offer sample decals to try before you buy. We also offer color samples. These are free, and all you have to do is send a convo to apply. Please enter your name, mailing address and the colors you are interested in seeing.
We offer the trial decals and color samples for free to our buyers because we want you to be thrilled with your decal purchase. Since we offer these at no charge/risk to buyers, we cannot be held responsible for decals that do not adhere, or colors that do not match your decor after you have placed an order. If you want to be sure about the fit and colors, I highly recommend asking for samples before placing an order.
We send proofs only upon request. Testing is time consuming and to keep our turnaround time super fast and prices low, we do not offer testing as a standard practice. We will only send one if you request one. Be aware that if you prefer a proof, the production of your order will not be able to start until the proofs are approved, so delay the shipment by another 1-2 days than what is stated on your invoice. Please make sure you are registered to receive shipments and notifications through the shipment system above to keep this seamless and not hold up production/order processing.

It is so bad that it was written pink on white paper and straight edges cut from the middle and taped together to make one sign. It is nothing like shown on the site. I will never buy from them again and I hope other interested buyers don’t either. total shame and disappointment (disgusting)

Every listing of ours states that acrylic tables, chalkboards, etc. are not included with purchase. We offer affordable decals that help shoppers create DIY signs at a fraction of the cost of ready-made/painted signs. (those running in the $100-$200 range)
