Wooden Sola flowers are very light and a little fragile, so each bouquet is individually wrapped in bubble wrap before being placed in the box. All boxes are shipped Priority Mail so you can receive your items as soon as possible. I pack them carefully and a little tight so they don’t move around during shipping and reduce the chance of them breaking, which in turn may cause some of them to flatten out. If you have received your bouquet and some of the flowers look flat, it is very easy and flexible to move them around and give them their original look! While I always try to pack well when shipping, I have no control over how the post office handles each box. If you receive an item and the box is damaged, be sure to take a photo before opening! Each item is shipped Priority Mail and includes insurance. If after opening the box you find that the item is damaged and cannot be repaired, you can file a claim directly with the post office or contact me and I will help you with the matter. Sometimes the box arrives damaged, but the bouquet may remain intact due to the bubble wrap. Flowers are stronger than you think! In that case, a bit of fluff will do the trick!
