Parents have been bribing coaches and administrators to increase their children’s chances of getting into college since 2011. The consultant hired ringleaders to administer college entrance exams and paid experts at testing centers to determine student scores.

The Macy’s website indicated that the returned item was received on 04/27/2020 and that the refund would be credited to my Macy’s credit card within 3-5 days. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received the credit. I called the customer service phone number a few weeks ago at which time the refund was acknowledged and the customer service representative assured me that the credit would be applied within 3-5 days of that call. it is not It’s been 3 weeks since the return. I have been on hold with Macy’s customer service for over an hour. Very upset at the moment. I note that the customer service response time has been delayed due to the Covid-19 issue, however the website and customer service person indicated that my credit should have been applied a long time ago.

I needed my leather couch fixed, but for some unknown reason your company turned me down. No phone calls were made and no one was sent to look at the damage. Instead, I had to settle for a $108 voucher. I have been to the local Macy’s furniture store over 5 times hoping to find something I like or at least that is affordable using this coupon. After spending over an hour in your store and being told multiple times that I couldn’t use some of the items because they were accessories, I finally found a storage bench that would work perfectly for my daughter and is only $109. But when I went to check out, I was told I couldn’t buy this item because it was a take-home item. None will be delivered! that This doesn’t even make sense! Instead, pay me for delivery and then shop in store! There is nothing on the voucher that says this! I contacted customer service and spoke to a manager and was told there was nothing they could do either…they wouldn’t even let me get a gift card instead of a voucher so I could buy this particular bank. Shame on your company for cheating your customers and not taking care of them. My bed should be fixed and since I was cheated then, you should at least let me use this bonus without these crazy conditions. I need the voucher amount just to send something. What a horrible experience and a waste of vacation time. I look forward to more from this company. It seems completely fraudulent to me! There is nothing on the voucher that says I can’t buy an item in store. Please take action and fix this. Treat your customers like they deserve! This took a lot of frustration and time for my family.

This happened to me on a card that wasn’t stolen or changed from my site, so it’s probably an inside job. This happened twice in the same place 1000 miles from where I live. On the first occasion, I reported the problem, got a new card, and the charge was refunded. About a year later it happened again and they refused to credit my account. Note: I have never been to the store or been to that city. Closing my account and I will never set foot in Macy’s again. Consumers should stay away from this company.

JoEllen M Lippitt June 6, 2019 20 I called Macy’s early because I was having trouble logging into my online account. I said no and the rep tried to sign me up for an American Express card. She asked me if I wanted to close my card, I said no. I told him I wanted to keep my platinum card. I told him I needed help figuring out why sometimes I could log in without problems and other times I couldn’t. Since I was finally able to log in with the current password, I decided to leave the account as it is. On 6/4 I tried to use my card only to find that Macy’s had canceled my account. I am a Platinum cardholder with rewards linked to the card. I pay my bills on time and I’m in good standing. When I asked Macy’s to restore my card, they told me they couldn’t restore my card until a Macy’s employee figured out why it was canceled and that it would take a billing cycle or two. Meanwhile, I can’t use my rewards because I don’t have an active Macy’s card and I’m missing out on all sales and rewards. There is no reason why Macy’s cannot reissue or reactivate my Macy’s Platinum Card with my rewards.
