Venues For Napa Elopement – Rob and Jason leave their busy lives in St. Petersburg, Florida for the ultimate Napa Valley vacation. This time they returned to the place they loved and celebrated their love. That, and the obligatory wine tasting weekend with their beloved family and friends.

With Rob and Jason’s floral design ideas, my goal was to add softness and intimacy to the concrete, steel and glass look.

I started with the 26-foot community table where guests gather because it’s an impressive centerpiece. Rob and Jason loved the idea of a floral table runner, so I chose a combination of florals and soft textures. These include anthuriums, bellflowers, ranunculus, roses and Queen Anne’s lace. Like Promontor’s projects, I wanted my work to be structured while also feeling connected to the natural environment. I placed the flowers at different heights, pretending to grow from the table.

While the many candles set among the flowers create the romantic glow of the setting sun, the monochromatic white palette adds a modern elegance. Each guest’s place setting menu card has a cute little flower.

Rob and Jason planned the entire elopement remotely with the help of wedding planner Tracy Domino. Having not had the opportunity to meet in person, I appreciated the grace and openness with which they worked together during the planning process. I was lucky enough to be a part of their celebration and it felt like the parties were just getting started.
