These giant s’mores bars are handmade with pine wood, painted, and preserved with all food safe ingredients! It has a handle on the end made with a strong strap for easy portability! This item is also made of front-burned wood to give it a nice special touch! Due to growing demand, we now offer attachments that securely hold your barbecue cans. Unfortunately, sometimes, if not often, things get damaged in transit. If this happens, we will be happy to remake and resend your item with photos of the damage and the original order box, so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please message us with all the information!

S’mores Bar Themed Wedding Reception Ideas For 2018 Trends
We do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges for non-engraved or personalized items. If you wish to exchange, the original shipping charge is non-refundable and the item must be shipped back to us at your expense. Your item must be returned in its original packaging and unused (items cannot be exchanged for food or alcohol use). Exchange shipping must be initiated by the buyer within 3 days and returned to us within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the goods, as long as they are in the same condition as when we sent them, we will start processing the exchange.
We do not accept cancellations on orders past 24 hours, as each order is made to order and customized with individual colors and or patterns.
Unfortunately, this does not allow the store to change the address in the system. If you discover that it was delivered to the wrong address within the first 4 hours of purchase, we will cancel your order and you can reorder. If you discover that delivery to your address was incorrect after the 4-hour window, we ask that you reorder your item before your original order is canceled and your new order starts again with our processing time.
If you order from us, please include an address that is considered a USPS mailing address. If your item is returned to us due to a undeliverable/insufficient address, the buyer must purchase additional labels for us to reship. Note that the label will be printed automatically according to the address entered by the buyer. We do not offer returns or refunds on items sent back to us, so it is important that you enter a valid address. If you are unsure, please contact USPS before ordering.

The product seemed rushed and not entirely well made. There is a crack in the board…the tip of the screw is open…the point wood is cracked near the handle..the splinters are separated…the letters are fine but a lot smaller than the picture…I am not happy This cost me $160! And for the rush delivery that was almost 2 months late…I understand the circumstances, but a lot to pay for that too
We are sorry to hear that these customers were not satisfied with the work we did for them. The products we manufacture do not match this customer’s description, so we can assume the product has been damaged, which explains the cracks and splitting of the wood. Screws were used to make this item and the head is clearly shown in our photos so we don’t know what the problem is. In terms of delivery, we will make the items within the time frame agreed with the customer and deliver only after 7 days as shown in the tracking. This customer did not contact us prior to the review, but since customer satisfaction is our primary goal, we can contact them and move forward to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the customer did not provide us with a photo to confirm any of this.
