Picked Up Package Received After Fedex Cutoff – Last Friday (6/19) I bought a Mavic 2 Pro with Smart Controller, ND Filters, Landing Pad and Fly More Kit. This Wednesday (6/24) I received the tracking number and the item was marked as delivered. It is now Friday (6/26), the tracking status is “Label Created”, and further, on the Fed Ex goods tab, it says “all items shipped” with the Mavic 2 smart controller.
You have to be patient, I’m in the same boat. I have three orders coming in and none of the shipments on the FedEx website are updated until the packages land in the US

I have an order (order #187316937931) shipping via fedex, currently in Memphis with the following message for customs delay.
“Manufacturer’s name, address or Manufacturer Identification Code (MID) for each product requested. Recommended Action: The shipper or importer must provide the manufacturer’s name, address or Manufacturer Identification Code (MID).”
Can this be resolved to receive my package? This week I have an engagement that I asked to film and the equipment that needed to be delivered to learn how to use it.

Same here – and unfortunately it probably went back to DJI as my package. DJI dropped the ball with this one.

Online Shopping Increase Creates Holiday Shipping Logjam
When and how will I know if there is progress in the delivery of my package??
DJI support via Facebook told me that they don’t have the Mavic 2Pro (DJI Smart Controller) in stock so it will take longer, even though DJI support via the website told me that all my items are in the package. Now I’m out of ideas and stuck with these two screens. They are awaiting delivery, but it looks like FedEx has an incomplete order. Every time you talk to someone, a different answer.
Now I have a similar situation with shipping. Abandoned after cutting – arriving on Wednesday. Although the pilot doesn’t appear in the product list, maybe I’m missing something. I know exactly when the package arrives. DJI’s website says it’s shipping now, I believe it.
The current processing time for the Mavic 2 Pro with Smart Controller is 5-7 days, so if it’s not in stock, it looks like it’ll be back in stock within that time. When I ordered it was 1-3 days for all my items.

LOL We are friends of customs! I’m stuck there too. Also my products only show the landing page. – I don’t think the FedEx web interface does a good job on the goods! π Maybe they’ll sort it out after customs? Hopefully we’ll get it before the holidays!

Customs friendly! Seriously, every time I talk to someone at DJI I get a completely different story. We hope to receive them before the holidays. I was really looking forward to it

I found this – seems like a normal thing. I don’t think it’s DJI, they use 3rd party logistics – too bad that’s the case. But this usually seems like a short delay. Check out this thread:

Not only did it take weeks, but the package ended up being rejected entirely and apparently sent to China. π

Send a support email and a message to DJI Mindy… I hope they are working on it – if not – I hope they understand our concern and return the items. I think most DJI shipments take 1-2 days in customs. We hope to see a release soon.

I’m a bit paranoid/obsessed/worried, so I did what @thebenpauley wanted you to try…I looked up each item on the order on BH PhotoVideo and went to the spec tab to get the weight of each item. I then added them up to compare the weight of the package via FedEx. – Voila a few ounces more than the total – so mind you, everything I ordered should be in the box. a strong smile.
