Never use abrasive or caustic substances when working with our products. As a rule, a damp sponge or a clean damp cloth is suitable for our furniture. If necessary, you can use a mild agent, for example, dishwashing liquid diluted with water or Windex. To protect against sneezing, dilute a mild detergent in water and wipe gently. DO NOT use WINDEX or any ammonia based product on plexiglass, it causes clouding.

No item will be shipped until full payment is made. Late final payment may incur additional charges, including storage fees. All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations. Deposit orders will be closed when production begins on your order. Shipping details will be provided with final payment.

Patina: Each patina application is unique and colors vary with each application. Because patina is a chemical reaction with the steel that coats it in color, variations are a normal part of the patina process and part of what makes our patina finishes unique and one-of-a-kind. Like the grain in a piece of wood, no two patina finishes will ever be the same. We cannot guarantee the exact color of the patina due to differences in the reaction of the patina with the steel. This is all normal and part of the beauty of a handmade product.

Powder Coating: Designer finishes, such as veined or embossed powder coating, are hand-applied and vary in parts. The processing examples of these options are examples and the final processing may vary.

Cargo insurance is available with every order at checkout. This is the full cost with a 10% deductible. In order to be able to file a claim, the damage must be documented on the receipt at the time of delivery and signed by you and the driver. Photos of damage, including packaging, must be sent to beth@invictussteelworks.com. Insurance must be purchased prior to shipping to the carrier.

Art Deco Period Table

Refunds for goods damaged in transit are not possible. No free repair/replacement for orders that do not include cargo insurance. We will provide you with a commercial quote for any non-insured repairs. Our sole remedy for damages in transit of insured items is repair or replacement at our option after settlement of the claim.

We rely directly on the information contained in your order and not on the information contained in the conversation. If it’s not in your order, it won’t be in the final product, so please make sure it’s correct at the time of purchase.
