All clothes are made to fit you. It is important that you contact us after placing your order to provide me with your body measurements. Instructions are included with all listings.

If you want to change the color or some details (eg length, simple alterations), we can also customize it – just let us know by clicking “Request Custom Order”. Note: Subject to availability of materials.

For dresses that require the petticoat to rise, we allow extra dress length so that when you wear the petticoat with the dress, it will be the correct length. If you don’t mind wearing a petticoat, please let us know when ordering (or the dress may be a little longer than you expect).

We use international tracked shipping which takes about 10-15 business days from Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia, and express option (5-7 business days) to most areas of the world. Pre-shipment photos of your dress can be taken upon request.

No Dresses are sold without petticoats. If you need it, message us to include it in your order for an additional fee.

We are committed to using the same type of fabric to produce the same style and look as shown in the photos. Each garment is handmade, not mass produced in a factory! That’s why no two wedding dresses will be 100% identical in terms of embellishments (lace, beadwork, etc.) and may vary slightly due to seasonal material availability. Please allow slight color difference between photos and reality due to lighting conditions.

In general, if you lose or gain weight, the dress will still fit you well. Because we use flexible fabrics. Many dresses have a lace-up so you have some room to move there.

If the weight difference is too great, we suggest having the garment altered by a local tailor.

Also, we will not be responsible for incorrect measurements provided or any size changes that occur during the manufacturing process.

All garments are recommended to be professionally steam-ironed and steam-cleaned, as the manufacturing process can sometimes leave seam marks (which can all be wiped off). Avoid machine washing or tumble drying.

Due to the nature of custom made clothing, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order/package, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any delay in your communication.

If you have never worn a sparkly dress before, please do some research or try it on at a bridal shop. Some customers are not used to the weight of dresses made with shiny tulle or sequins.
