BUST: Wrap a soft measuring tape around your chest. It should cover the entire area of your chest. The tape should be straight and parallel to the floor.

Absolutely beautiful coat! Exactly what I wanted. I went with the regular hood design and asked for a deep detachable hood – like, super deep! Deep enough, if pulled forward, it would normally cover my face and sitting at the edge of my hairline it would fall over my shoulders. Basically, think of the hood of a Jedi cloak. Tania was great and confirmed the details and measurements and it was completed very quickly. I got it in the post about two weeks before the estimated arrival. And that’s exactly what I was hoping for! It fits perfectly and the hood is exactly what I asked for. I would definitely recommend this seller.

Together, a solution was found on how to optimize the garment further, e.g. with more stretchy fabric and a deeper back – it’s wonderfully executed. Es wurde gemeinsam eine Lösung gefunden, wie man das Kleid dahingehend noch mehr optimieren könnte z.B. mit elasticserem Stoff und einem tieferen Rücken – es wurde ganz wundervoll umgesetzt. Within 7 days of receiving the item, you may contact me and let me know that you would like to return the item. Within 14 days of receiving the item, you can send it back for a refund, correction or replacement. The return date of the package is considered to be the one given with the tracking number note. The product must be sent in its ORIGINAL CONDITION – unused, clean, and odor free. Products for which we cannot accept the return or claim (if sent after the specified period, damaged due to inadequate packaging or misuse) will be returned to the client at his expense.
If possible, ship the item in its original packaging. After we receive the goods, we will start making a new piece (replace), correctly, or we will refund you the price of the product.
Please note that only standard size items such as XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL are eligible for return. ALL CUSTOM MADE ITEMS (items made to your specific measurements) are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS! ITEMS ON SALE can only be returned in case of manufacturing DEFECT. All items ordered with a different height than listed for the specific size, are considered custom orders and are not eligible for return.
