As we produce custom clothing and do not have clothing in stock, our return and exchange policy is very strict as we cannot resell the returned clothing to other buyers

2. As each garment is customized according to the needs of each buyer, we cannot resell the garments. Therefore, we do not accept buyers’ unreasonable requests for return and refund (for example, the clothes are not what they want, the clothes don’t fit them, the buyer himself provided the wrong size, the buyer provided the wrong address, etc. ) So every buyer should 100% confirm that you have got the clothes you want before ordering, otherwise don’t place an order. When the buyer places an order, the seller will make the clothes according to the buyer’s size and deliver them to the buyer, so we don’t accept the return and refund, and the buyer will bear the losses caused by it.
3. If the clothes are damaged by the seller (you need to attach photos or other clear evidence that there is a problem with the items received) or the seller sends the wrong goods or the wrong address, the shipping damage will be caused (you have to will first receive a “Damage Proof” file from your delivery company) so that you can decide on the return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 4. If the package is sent to the wrong place or lost due to the reason of the express company, we will not accept return or refund. We will help the buyer to claim compensation from the express company
5. The seller will not be held responsible if the refund is caused by the buyer. It usually takes 30 business days from when the buyer orders the clothes to when he receives them. If you need expedited please let us know so we can confirm if the time suits your needs. We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking and our cancellation policy was created with that in mind. However, it’s important to note that our dresses (including sashes and capes) are made to order, whether you ordered a standard size or custom sizes, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. Cancellation requests for items received within 0.5 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund (clothing price plus full freight charge, however 15% processing fee, sales tax will be deducted and the $4.99 management fee).
Cancellation requests for items received within 0.5-4 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price. However, the 15% commission, sales tax and $4.99 processing fee will be deducted.
Order cancellation more than 4 hours after payment confirmation will not be confirmed and no refund will be given. If you insist on canceling the order, 50% of the total price will be charged, and the handling fees and taxes will not be refunded, please be careful
