At this Texas wedding, tables were set with sage, peach or silver linens and Bows + Arrows peonies, scabiosa and clematis in terra cotta pots.
The bride sourced a collection of letter blocks and ampersands from Etsy and eBay made from old woodblocks; they even got a permanent place in his house. Floral designer Fern Studio exhibited the blocks with different colors, heights, and fonts to increase visual interest for each character, and placed them among white centerpieces with flowers such as white astilbe, ferns, privetberries, rosemary, and argyle leaves.
Moon Canyon Design placed air plants and flowers in vintage votive and rustic vases along with tea lights to decorate table settings. The color palette of the centerpieces was inspired by the colors of the sunset.
Sarah Winward of Honey of A Thousand Flowers also used softly colored flowers in the arrangements, with the rusty orange tones of the bovids and deeply colored leaves. Figs, pomegranates, and unripe blueberries were scattered around the bases of the larger clusters.

The vintage-look pedestals featured arrangements of roses, jasmine, ranunculus, peas, maidenhair, chocolate cosmos and fritillaria designed by Amy Merrick. “There was something wild about the whole thing,” said the flower bride.
A blue linen table with rosemary plants and olive branches by Laetitia C. Fleurs d’atelier lined both tables at this wedding. “Much of the decoration comes from [a French château] near the property,” the groom said. “We wanted this event to feel like something we would host in our own home, with our personal, relaxed and sophisticated style.”
This bride collected 30 teapots from various antique stores, flea markets and estate sales in Wisconsin and Minnesota, filled them with spring flowers and scattered gold votive candles on the tables for an added vintage effect. Flower arrangements went home as gifts. “I was happy to see that our flowers weren’t wasted or thrown away,” the bride said.
White floral arrangements by Philosophy Flowers filled various gold containers, including large flower vases and candelabra. The table was covered with a cool gray linen tablecloth and guests enjoyed their dinner on silver plates and crystal glass, perfect to start the bride and groom’s celebrations.

The garden garden arranged coral magic peonies, burgundy dahlias, red and peach garden roses, scabiosa pods, soft pink ranunculus, chocolate cosmos, hellebore, fragrant leaf geraniums, aerial ferns, California bay leaves and eucalyptus seeds. Smaller vintage jars circled each side and held individual herbs or flowers.
Silver compotes were filled with dahlias, hydrangeas, astilbes, berries and foliage such as Italian horse and eucalyptus seed by Dina Touwani of Flora Lines. Accompanying the cake toppers were old silver votive candles.
These centerpieces by Beargrass Gardens featured deeper wedding jewel tones to add a touch of color to the reception tent. The brass shoe compotes contained garden roses, dahlias, buttercups, pieris japonica, forage soil, privetberries, white majolica roses, scabiosa, quicksand and sahara roses, eucalyptus seeds, acacia leaves and fragrant geraniums. Plums and crab apples from trees in the bride’s parents’ garden were included in the display at the last minute because the fruit matched the color palette perfectly. Smaller round tables displayed mercury colored votives with some jewel colored flowers and greenery.
The reception tables at this Minnesota wedding featured compotes of gold mercury glass with garden roses, hydrangeas, jasmine and miniature carnations, all by Mi Mi Design.
